Set amongst lush Mediterrainean gardens the residence is located just 900 metres from Monaco Beach right beside the exclusive Monaco Country Club. The top entrance is close to the little village of Saint Roman which places a supermarket, artisan bakery, restaurant, pharmacy, dry cleaners and more, all within 500 metres of you. A private garden gate access grants you close and easy access to the seafront and a short walk to Larvotto plage in Monaco and all the restaurants, bars, hotels, nightclubs and Casino's that the world famous Principality has to offer.

We are located just steps from the Monaco country club making it the ideal base for Tennis fans during the Rolex Monte Carlo Tennis Masters tournament. The residents pool overlooks court 2 and the garden gate opens onto Entrance number 4. We regularly collect errant Tennis balls from the garden and you could not be closer to centre court unless your name is Rafael Nadal.

The Monaco Formula One race is the jewel in the World Championship crown. It is the 'home' circuit for most of the drivers and it's highly technical demands make it 'the' drivers track of all the circuits. It's a race everyone wants to win and it is a champions only circuit. The atmosphere is unique, the access gained in such close confines of the small Principality is second to none and nowhere else in the world will you happen across Hamilton on his scooter or be able to sit on the exit of the swimming pool complex for a star lit dinner. It's the world's most glamourous race where everyone is in celebratory mood. Enjoy the relative tranquilty of our apartment between VIP parties and pit walkabouts.

Monaco beach is known locally as Larvotto Plage. It is a short walk from the apartment and is an ideal place to spend the day. You will find watersports, bars, restaurants, shopping, gym, shady childrens playground and a friendly, family orientated atmosphere. It is relaxed and exclusive without being inaccessible to everyone and you can choose your spot according to your mood from the cool, jazzy notes of Le Note Bleu to the relaxed family friendly Le Miami Plage or indeed just relax under the nearest palm tree.

The French Riviera is a treasure trove of places to explore. Places that have been drawing world class, world famous visitors for generations. From the ancient Cesars who marched through the region to Napoleon who laid the foundations for the Route de Moyenne. From the Kings and Queens of Europe and Russia to the artists and pop stars of this century. Explore the 6BC Arc de Triophe in nearby La Turbie and dine at the excellent local restaurants. Stroll past the Russian palaces in Villefranche sur mer to reach the tranquil, deep waters of the Rade des Villefranche that once harboured her navy. Visit Chagalls museum in Nice, Renoir's house in Cagnes sur Mer, Picasso's studios in Antibes or walk the Nieztsche Path in the remarkable perched village of Eze. All within easy reach of the apartment.
